    For example: welcome, 15-minute reminder, five-minute reminder, closing time and holiday hours. Identify what changes between branches.

  2. Choose voice and sound

    Friendly, calm or matter-of-fact; in one language or several versions. A short chime can introduce the message while the background stays subtle.

  3. Prepare for playback

    Agree file formats, naming and sequence for your playback system. Then check speech clarity through your speakers in the actual space.

Store announcement questions

How do I write a polite store closing announcement?

State the time remaining, ask customers to complete their shopping and thank them for visiting. A first reminder 15 minutes before closing and a shorter five-minute reminder can be useful starting points. Adapt the sequence to your store.

Can I plan multilingual store announcements?

Yes. Include the languages you need in your enquiry. We will agree the sequence, pronunciation of names and length of each version with you.

Does phon.ist schedule announcements in my store?
