Voices

Hear your callers’ language.

A local reception and an English version can share the same welcoming character. Compare real recordings in Dutch, English and the Nordic languages, plus French and Italian. Voice availability and the production route are shown with each sample.

Choose for clarity and character.

A calm voice can support a longer information message; a direct, warm voice can suit reception. Listen beyond the first sentence. Pace, pauses and emphasis should remain comfortable throughout the announcement.

Check names and numbers.

Company names, abbreviations, web addresses and international terms need particular attention. Listen to your actual script rather than relying only on a catalogue sample. Simplify a sentence or adjust pronunciation instructions if something is difficult to follow.

Keep related announcements consistent.

Use a recognisable voice across greetings, menus and absence messages. Language versions may use different voice selections. In the studio, check the available voices for each additional language and listen to the audition in that language.

Before you start.

Are these AI voices?

Yes. The voice samples and announcements in the AI generator are synthetic. Listen carefully to company names, numbers and unfamiliar terms in your own preview before ordering.

Which languages are available?

Work in English and choose announcement languages for your callers. Create English audio directly in the generator or studio, and add French or Italian versions in the studio. For Dutch, Danish, Swedish and Finnish production, contact our team in English. We confirm suitable voices, scope and price before an order. Listen to the real language samples on this website.

Your market. Your callers’ language.

Plan local-language announcements and an English version for international guests.
